“Anniversary” (below) by Jewish papercut artist April Hodge Silver is just one of many papercuts with both Jewish and non-Jewish themes that are currently on display in the Gallery Walk at the St. Paul JCC. Hodge Silver first discovered the technique as a Jewish tradition when still in grade school, and creates the fine artwork when not working as a Web developer and programmer. In conjunction with the exhibit, Hodge Silver will lead a two-part workshop on Sundays, July 11 and 18.
