The Jewish Historical Society of the Upper Midwest will host a celebratory reception 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30 at the Regis Center for Art, on the University of Minnesota’s West Bank Campus, 405 21st Ave. S., Minneapolis. A brief program will begin at 2:45 p.m.
The event will celebrate JHSUM’s gift of its archives to the University of Minnesota Libraries as well as the vision of Theresa Berman, Sharron Steinfeldt and all those who helped to found the society. The reception will also mark Berman’s 100th birthday.
