Bob Dylan, Minnesota’s renowned Jewish troubadour, returns to his old stomping ground for a Nov. 4 concert at the University of Minnesota’s Northrop Auditorium. Â The appearance comes on the heels of the release of Tell Tale Signs (Columbia), the eighth installment of his Bootleg Series. Â
