St. Louis Park native Peter Himmelman will return home for two shows at the Cedar Cultural Center. During a phone chat last week with the AJW, Himmelman said that he expects to release two albums — one for adults and one for kids — sometime next year.
His most recent album of children’s music, My Green Kite, was nominated for a Grammy. Always an entertaining, livewire entertainer, Himmelman will perform 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20 at the Cedar, followed by a show for kids 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 21.
