Istoki–Community of Russian Jews will host a musical cantorial concert featuring Rabbi Israel Zelman, from Atlanta, 5 p.m. Sunday, July 1 at Kenesseth Israel Congregation, 4330 W. 28th St., St. Louis Park. Rabbi Zelman will perform Jewish and Russian songs, with an accompanying video presentation.
Additional learning in Russian will follow the program at Bais Yisroel.
