You wouldn’t know it by looking at the cornucopia of food for sale at Lunds and Byerly’s, but nearly one out four children in the United States experiences hunger, or what is called “food insecurity.”
Lori Silverbush, co-director of the documentary film A Place at the Table, talked some months ago with the AJW.
