Sen. Specter: 'Declare Norm Coleman the winner'

ATTENTION, LIBERAL BLOGGERS (AND AL FRANKEN)!!!

The new Democrat says the Minnesota Republican should return to the Senate.

“There’s still time for the Minnesota courts to do justice and declare Norm Coleman the winner.”

This kind of talk is not going to endear Specter to the Democratic caucus in the Senate. — Mordecai Specktor

David Brauer, writing on MinnPost.com today, points out that Specter commits a “felony” error in his formulation “that ‘justice’required a Norm Coleman win. Not even Coleman’s lawyers are arguing that.”
