Minnesota Jewish Theatre Company (MJTC) is a professional theatre now in its 14th season of presenting a season of four shows rooted in the Jewish experience, but illuminating the common humanity among us all. The audience for MJTC productions is almost evenly divided between Jews and non-Jews. Three programming arms include a season of four shows; Wellsprings, our new play development program; and Doorways, MJTC’s program of forums, lectures, symposia and communications designed to open the doors to greater understanding and enjoyment of the plays we present, and to deeper insight into the subjects and issues they address.

The Robert and Janet Sabes Center for Jewish Arts and Humanities was founded in 2007 to present to the public the artistic and intellectual life of Judaism and the Jewish people. Shir Harmony is a women’s a capella group dedicated to raising funds to support local and Israeli organizations. Called “troubadours at meaningful moments,” we perform around the Twin Cities at various special events, lifecycle events, fundraisers and more.
