The Harold and Mickey Smith Gallery of Jewish Arts and Culture features religious and cultural objects of the Jewish people. The Minneapolis Institute of Arts is only the second art museum in the United States with a permanent gallery representing the artistic and cultural achievements of Jews worldwide. General admission is always free. Museum hours: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday.
