Developing Jewish literacy is the hallmark of the Hebrew Program at Temple Israel. Through participation in an active, hands-on curriculum, students establish a solid foundation of their Hebrew language skills. Students’ quest for prayer proficiency includes in-depth study of the who, what, where and why of prayer. Leadership opportunities by grade level allow for community building and reinforcement of our traditions and Jewish values. Holidays, Israel study and training for Bar/Bat Mitzva are integral parts of the student experience. Call for more information.
